I love Love! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in LA. I really recommend the tom yum soup, all of the sushi is excellent as well. Great service and presentation of dishes too. Thank you always!

Tranquil ambience, attentive service, and overall good healthy food. Meal was perfect at the start. Got my organic lemonade w/ginger...wow! That ginger punched back. Loved it! Papaya salad- texture, seasoning, the peanuts, chili, green beans, tomatoes...all on point. Loved the faux fish sauce substitute. $15 Lunch special- pumpkin curry w/chikon, side salad, purple rice with $5 add-on Tom Kha Gai w/chikon. Curry was too salty for me. Really nice front flavor but the back note was off. Once you swallow, there's a strange aftertaste, not yummy. It starts out well but doesn't end with deliciousness. It As for the chikon, both taste and texture were off. It's on the spongy side. The soup was too sour. Overall, I think the restaurant has a hard time getting the umami just right to achieve that delicious balance we adore when it comes to Thai cuisine. I do understand that it's difficult to create that yummy umami taste naturally w/only vegan ingredients...few restaurants achieve this. On the plus side, I enjoyed the pumpkin, straw mushrooms, and bell peppers. Here are the winners: papaya salad, organic lemonade w/ginger, mango sweet rice dessert. Papaya salad- I wouldn't change a thing. Organic lemonade w/ginger...best I've had. ToGo- Drunken noodles w/tempeh. Not particularly good nor bad. The tempeh wasn't seasoned, just bland. The noodles didn't have that "wok heat" I love when it comes to drunken noodles. Didn't taste the palm sugar and faux fish sauce reduction. Sweet rice mango: I think they forgot to pack the coconut sauce. Otherwise, the rice was well seasoned and mango was sweet. Bottom line, will definitely be back. My haircut by Yelena is upstairs (she's great BTW). I'll definitely try the green curry with "beef" and of course order the papaya salad again.

SERVICE - located in a small strip mall off of sunset boulevard - parking available in front - indoor and outdoor seating - servers are very friendly and helpful - good for slightly nicer but not super formal meal MENU - mix of Thai, sushi, and a few Mexican dishes - all vegan - average price ($17 per entree) FOOD - khao soi (8/10): creamy yellow curry base filled with noodles and topped with soy chicken drumstick. As a khao soi afficionado, I had to try this dish. The curry is creamy and warming but not overwhelming with spices. It is a great dish to comfort you on a cold day. The one thing that I was not a huge fan of was the fake chicken so I would ask for tofu or tempeh next time. - crispy jalapeño roll (6/10): sushi rolled filled tempura jalapeño, spicy tofu, avocado, and marinated shiitake mushrooms and topped with spicy mayo and scallions. This was one of the more popular rolls so we wanted to try it. There is a lot of fresh jalapeño flavor which can become overpowering especially if this is the only dish you get. If you are getting this, I would pair it with a few other sushi rolls that have more fresh and les spicy flavors. WOULD I GO BACK? Yes! The menu is extensive and the food quality was very good.

Kin has been a lovely server for the last few months. I had the impossible burger today without the mayo and other things but with the "American cheese" by follow you heart that I don't like but the burger was great. Plain enough and well done. Fries also good. Veggie Love with rice flat noodles and tempeh and it wasn't too garlicky which was awesome. I would totally get both again. Ambiance is nice but it gets really echo loud when we're not alone. We try to come early for that reason.

Too many options will be the downfall haha The curry was delicious I would skip the sushi - not my favorite but it's not bad - just not like oh my gawd I want it again- if that make sense. My friend had the orange chicken and was great too. The waiter was good. Clean & cozy environment. Anyways, go support small businesses please!

I came to this amazing place looking for tea and was amazed by what I found. We had an Egyptian chamomile tea, a Thai iced Tea, and an Arnold Palmer. The service was incredibly friendly and the ambiance is super chill. For food, we had dessert only this time in the form of banana spring rolls. Upon tasting those, we vowed to come back and devour the rest of the menu. This place is top notch and deserves all the accolades that it's getting. Thanks Love and we will show you more love by coming back. The teas were equal to any anywhere in LA if not better and the dessert among the best I've had.

Nice Thai vegan place tucked in a small L-shaped corner mall. We came on a stormy night and this place was packed!! Tells you how popular they are. We ordered the green papaya salad, which came with lots of veggies, some rice noodles with veggie-shrimp (not an oxymoron, BTW, actually pretty tasty), and sushi rolls made with mushrooms. Service was super fast and the food came very fast. Vegans and vegetarians will certainly enjoy their dishes but non-vegans like me are just as impressed by how tasty their food is. Small and cozy place; the table at the inner corner is especially nice and quiet.
